Itarsi Station

It was the morning of March 10, 1949 as Shri Nathji entered the First Class Waiting Room of Itarsi Railway Station.
Gangabai Bhutt and her husband were waiting for him along with Shri L.G. Hathi, to take SHri Nathji to CHandrapur. They prostrated before him on the platform. Shri Nathji's love was overflowing for the Bhutts and Hathi. They were all weeping with the sheer joy of seeing him again.
A nectar of bliss was pouring forth in his words as he continued to speak to them for hours in the waiting room itself.  The Station Master came and touched Shri Nathji's feet with great devotion. The other passengers in the waiting room got a glimpse of Shri Nathji and wondered who the Divine Being was. Some came and fell at his feet and obtained his blessings. For others he was just to remain as a divine vision they had seen once in their lives.
One of the first things that Shri Nathji did at the First Class Waiting Room was to write a letter to Pran Nath and Priya Nath, which was in reality a letter addressed to Mateshwari. Shri Nathji always sent his letters to Mateshwari thus. It was his way of communicating with her as well as the children. The letter is given on page 714 of the Mahagranth.

The name Itarsi derives from intt (brick) and rassi (rope) which used to be traded around the town.  Besides being famous for its railway junction, It has Ordnance Factory Itarsi which manufactures products for the Indian Armed Forces.
Itarsi Junction (Station Code : ET) is a railway station in Hoshangabad District in Madhya Pradesh which pass on more than 200 trains through it. It is located 18 K.M. away from Hoshangabad.
The railway station of Itarsi consist of total 7 platforms. The platform is well furnished to meet up with all the passenger needs and demands. Itarsi Junction Railway station is very well connected with rail route from all the four sides. Thus the trains for almost all the Indian destinations. The tracks on the junction are such that they provide a vast connection to all the four directions. To the North lies the Important Capital City of Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal, To the east lies the another important railway junction Jabalpur. To the South East lies Khandwa and Bhusawal, and to the South West lies Amla Jn., Betul and Nagpur. The station is always holds heavy over-traffic as the trains from Allahabad - Jabalpur - Mumbai and Jhansi - Bhopal Jn. - Nagpur choose Itarsi as their via. Route
There are more than a single train to reach many important destinations from Itarsi such as: New Delhi (21 Trains); Mumbai (18 Trains);  Kolkata (7 Trains); Chennai (10 Trains); Hyderabad (6 Trains); Bangalore (8 Trains)
I have given a photo which I think shows the the new First Class waiting room as indicated with an arrow,  which is now there at the sation. This is not tahe same from were Shri Nathji wrote the letter as it has been relocated. But I will need more clarifications on this. Will update it in the article, as and when I find it.
