Justice Raghubar Dayal

This is the photograph of Justice Raghubar Dayal (In the sun hat) with Shri Nathji . He and his wife were greatly devoted to Shri Nathiji. He had lost his son and was filled with unbearable grief. That is when Shri Nathji gave him His darshan. Shri Nathji came for a walk around Camel’s Back Road and and went to Mull’s Cottage to inquire about Shri P.C. Mull, who was a famed photographer of Mussorie. The cottage was locked. Justice Raghubar Dayal happened to be a neighbour of Shri P.C. Mull and when he saw Shri Nathji he informed that Shri. Mull no longer lives here. He was very impressed by Shri Nathji and invited Him to come to his home and to sit in his drawing room. Shri Nathji’s love and presence filled him with great peace.  From then onwards he and his wife become greatly devote to Shri Nathji. This account of Shri Nathji’s association with Justice Raghubar Dayal is given in the Mahagranth – God Incarnate on page 847.
Justice Raghubar Dayal had finally retired as a Judge of the Supreme Court and was living in Delhi in his retirement.
Later in 1982 Shri Nathji suddenly has a desire to locate the judge’s whereabouts. When Shri Nathji had went abroad He had lost contact with him. Priya Nath is able to discover his address from the telephone directory. He is residing at Vasant Vihar. Shri Nathji immediately decides to visit him.
Justice Raghubar Dayal is surprised beyond measure upon seeing Shri Nathji. He had been very ill himself and had little occasion to get out of the house. He calls his son and other family members and Shri Nathji blesses them and speaks to them all.
For Shri Nathji this was a grand re-union after twenty years or more, and it was difficult to say who was more thrilled, Justice Rahubar Dayal or Shri Nathji.
Even though the judge found it difficult to walk, he came out of the house to Shri Nathji's waiting taxi and bade him farewell there. It was to be a last meeting.
A few days later, Shri Nathji received news that Justice Rahubar Dayal had left the world. The purpose of Shri Nathji’s visit to his house became clear. Shri Nathji had gone to give him his last darshan upon earth.
