World Fair at New York

Shri Nathji attended the World Fair at New York in 1964. Mr. Mandal took Shri NAthji and Priya Nathji on tour to the fair. There was a multitude of people from all over the world. It was like a miniature community of nations. Everyone started at Shri Nathji. He was the prime exhibit. At the Thai Pavilion (whose photo is on the right) which featured a beautiful Golden Buddhist temple, Shri Nathji was mobbed by swarms of People, many of whom sat at His feet. People took out there cameras and asked Shri Nathji to pose in front of the temple. Shri Nathji had turned His divine light on. The human souls around Him felt the radiance, and an indefinable attraction. But human intelligence was not capable of interpreting such divinity, and man was left bewildered.
The 1964/1965 New York World's Fair was the third major world's fair to be held in New York City. Hailing itself as a "universal and international" exposition, the fair's theme was "Peace Through Understanding", dedicated to "Man's Achievement on a Shrinking Globe in an Expanding Universe"; although American corporations dominated the exposition as exhibitors. The theme was symbolized by a 12-story high, stainless-steel model of the earth called the Unisphere. (As we see it the photo)
It was one of the largest world's fairs to be held in the United States, occupying nearly a square mile (2.6 km2) of land. It was located at  Flushing Meadows Corona Park.
