Barrister Mohammad Naseem

Barrister Naseem was a famous lawyer of Lucknow who had great faith in Shri Nathji. Once he came up to Shri Nathji who was then residing at Shadi Bhavan. That time he was very old and he climbed the slope to Shri Nathji’s house with great difficulty with the assistance of a servant. At that moment Shri Nathji was talking to Justice Girish Mathur and a Mahatma from Uttar Kashi. He saluted Shri Nathji and sat down before Him with tears in his eyes.  When Shri Nathji asked why he suffer such a climb to come to Him, the Barrister said that, Hazrat! Wise, old men like myself do not trouble themselves unnecessarily. It is the thirsty man who must go to the well. Now I am 82 years old and whatever I have earned for myself here in this world is going away from me, and I have earned nothing for the world where I must go.  I have come to prey whatever you can give from your vast treasure house of earnings and drop into my cup of life.
