In Mumbai Shri Nath ji
stayed at Mayfair Building, near Churchgate. It’s exact address is Mayfair
Building ,Veer Nariman Road, Churchgate, Mumbai. It is very easy to reach. It
is only a minute walk from Churchgate Station. There is a very popular
restaurant on the ground floor by the name of “Gaylord”, so there is no way one
can miss it. I am sending photos of that building with the restaurant bellow.
Shri Nathji used to stay at Flat no. 9 on the third floor.
Above is the photograph of the Divine Family on the
top terrace of Mayfair building. The tower of Eros Cinema can be seen in the background.
The photograph was taken in February 1948.
Devotees can go there and check the current owners of the flat. The food at the restaurant is nice and it is also near the sea at marine drive. Enjoy the beautiful views and sea breeze. So all in all it makes a good spiritual outing. Shri Nathji walked the short distance from the building to the sea. Do the same and remember these line -
“Vo Shehenshahe Husan, Shayyad Inhi Rahoo Se Guzraa Hoga
Thaher Jaoo, Me do Sajde Vahaa Kar Loon Vahaa Kar Loon”
“That Lord of Magnificence must have walked these very lanes.
Wait! let my offer my obeisances a little here, a little there.”
